Last week we played an ACW game using Guns of Gettysburg. Unfortunately my hobby time is very limited these days (I haven't touched a brush since Salute) so I just post the pictures of the game this time to keep the blog more or less alive. One of our conclusions was we need a far bigger table though as not even half of our painted units made it to the table..
All the pictures of the game can be found
here
Beautiful eye candy Mike!
ReplyDeleteGreat looking battle Mike :)
ReplyDeleteHave to agree with the others, great stuff!
ReplyDeleteThat is one gorgeous looking table Michael - stunning.
ReplyDeleteWaouh, great table and great looking figures. If I may I would say that I miss some closer looks and a few comments on each picture. The table looks so good and I'm just disappointed when I reach the end of the post ! I'd ask more.
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff.

ReplyDeleteFigures, terrain and pictures all superb.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Pat.
Total crap table, ugly, lumpy figures, absolutely appalling setting. Really, I ask myself, why do you guys even bother? Why not just stay at home and plant tulips, carve wooden shoes or something?
ReplyDeleteJust thought I'd break the rhythm there... ;)
Seriously, absolutely gorgeous stuff lads! (Those buildings and fence lines are fabulous) Though I have to agree with Pat in that it would be nice to have a bit of commentary to go with the shots. (I'd also like to see a few of Rob, Jake and yourself, beers in hand).
Small table or not, it is a great looking game. Wonderful figures.
ReplyDeleteStunning table there Mike!
ReplyDeleteLovely figures and scenery. That's a table that any ACW gamer could only aspire to. I agree with Curt, the fences and buildings are especially lovely.
